Not 100 percent done, but I intend pull the ol’ switcharoo without anyone ever noticing once it’s finished. Mua haha.
Sincere wishes for happy winter gatherings — or summer depending on what part of the globe you reside. Picture less snow and more butterflies if that is the case.
An image I hope to someday finish. It has been floating around for a while and since I am in the middle of a few things, it will be my placeholder for content. The desired end result with be ripe with foliage, clouds, and formations that resemble curious monsters in the middle to background. That’s the game plan, anyway.
Today, a little how-to/advertisement directed towards those who, until now, were unable to harness the power of acceleration in order to acquire their remaining driblets of ketchup. Shake it down sharply and you get more ketchup. You can do it!
Or Squirrel + [other holiday-specific ending]. I was raised with Christmas, I call it Christmas. Feel free to say Squirrelkah or Squirrelzaa, I don’t care. The point is, it’s a hilarious squirrel offering you an acorn in the spirit of giving. Don’t get too excited, though, he may chew through that string of lights shortly after this moment.

Playing with vellum and thin layers of acrylics to see if I can rustle some translucency out of the finished set of images. I placed three animals in each panel in permanent marker because I can’t cover up the lines with paint unless it’s crazy thick. I am stuck with my composition and my challenge for myself is to try and get more abstract and interesting from there with color and texture, further enhancing the respective “element” of each panel – air, fire, earth and water. Tentative completion date is to be determined.
