Woohoo! One of the more off-the-wall concepts I played with got accepted for our Door Billboard. #Spacedoors
For my I-got-tagged-on-Facebook-Art-Challenge I had to post 3 pics a day for 5 days. Here they are all together:
Day 1: Digital Painting/Photomanipulation Mix
Day 2: Critter Collage (FishWolfCrab)
Day 3: Lil’ Scallywags
Day 4: #tbt
Day 4: Neature
To sum up, I have had upwards of several things going on. I recently participated in Festival in the Pines – an Eau Claire arts and crafts show – utterly miserable. Not the show or the gathering itself, but the weather. It was 95 degrees plus Wisconsin Humidity most of the show. Fortunately, some brave souls attended and made it all worth being out in the oppressive heat. The next weekend, I celebrated a Labor Day with the parents. Being awesome comes naturally to Clarks. It is in Rhinetown, home of the amazing, where I fervently soaked up as much Northwoods as possible – luscious foliage and sexy sunsets are commonplace. In between, there have been several sketches which demand attention but I am clearly not hardcore enough to power through it and choose to sleep instead. Someday I will learn. Until then – OUTTIE!
A lil scrapbook project for the ol’ vacation. I may or may not have enhanced the photo just a touch.
The starting point of a project due for the end of this month. All the fun in-between bits and final glorious illustration will be revealed, soon!
Sincere wishes for happy winter gatherings — or summer depending on what part of the globe you reside. Picture less snow and more butterflies if that is the case.
Scientifically documenting mythical nature since 7-15-2009. A rare sighting of the M.F. wobeargle, brings this researcher an extra hour or two of busy work. Thank you, stock.exchng and Photoshop.
